Intervale Capital exits Epic Lift Systems

Intervale Capital said April 4 that it sold Epic Lift Systems to Tally Energy Services. Financial terms weren’t announced. Epic, of Fort Worth, Texas, provides plunger lift, gas lift and complementary compression solutions, serving hundreds of customers from 16 locations across the U.S.
