PE-backed TMP completes CKR Interactive acquisition

TMP Worldwide has closed its previously announced acquisition of Campbell, California-based CKR Interactive, an employer branding and recruitment marketing firm. No financial terms were disclosed. TMP Worldwide is a portfolio company of Gemspring Capital.
