Intertrust buys Viteos1

Intertrust N.V. has acquired Viteos1, a provider of technology solutions for U.S. funds, from PPC Enterprises LLC, FiveW Capital LLC and Viteos management. The purchase price was $330 million. Deutsche Bank was financial adviser to Intertrust while Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP provided legal counsel.
