Apax Partners buys majority of ADCO Group

Apax Partners said Aug. 5 that it agreed to buy a majority of ADCO Group. Financial terms weren’t announced. ADCO operates the DIXI® and TOI TOI® brands that provide portable toilet and sanitation equipment rental and services worldwide.
