Medical Solutions to buy C&A Industries

Medical Solutions, a healthcare staffing company, has agreed to acquire Omaha, Nebraska-based C&A Industries Inc, a staffing and recruitment firm. No financial terms were disclosed. The deal is expected to close by the end of the third quarter of this year. Medical Solutions is backed by TPG Growth.
