PE-backed Logibec acquires Knowledge4You

Logibec, a portfolio company of GI Partners, has acquired Markham, Ontario-based Knowledge4You Corporation, a provider of software for Canadian hospitals and universities to manage medical and nursing educational programs. No financial terms were disclosed. The Knowledge4You team will continue as a distinct brand within Logibec and will remain at its headquarters. Logibec is a Montreal-based healthcare IT company.
