VSS, Trivest invest in Quatrro Business Support
VSS and Trivest Partners said Oct. 7 that they invested in Quatrro Business Support Services. Financial terms weren’t announced. Quattro, of Marietta, Georgia, provides BPO services, including accounting, finance, billing, human resources, payroll, tax, IT help desk, technical support, and other back-office services to a wide range of industries. CM Sharma, founder of CHM Ventures, has taken over as CEO of Quattro. He is also investing in the deal.
