Arsenal adds-on Peterson Chemical to specialty chemical platform
Arsenal Capital Partners made a majority investment in Peterson Chemical Technology, which provides polyurethane foam products through additives, specialty polyols, systems and applications development. Arsenal is adding Peterson Chemical to its Elite Comfort Solutions platform, a specialty chemical platform that includes Pacific Urethanes LLC and Elite Foam Inc. The firm also agreed to buy foam production assets from Hickory Springs Manufacturing Co. in a deal expected to close in the second quarter.
