Alliance Consumer Growth has invested in Cookie Chips, a young brand of bite-sized cookie snacks created by pastry chef and CEO Joanne Adirim. Cookie Chips are sold in conventional and natural grocery stores in the U.S. and Canada, with plans to expand.
