PE firms sell Portuguese coffee company Nutricafés to Massimo Zanetti

The board of Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group S.p.A. approved the acquisition of Portuguese coffee company Nutricafés from MCH Private Equity and Explorer Investments. The enterprise value of the transaction is 74.5 million euros (about $82.4 million).
