JDA gets $570 mln investment from Blackstone, New Mountain

JDA Software Group, Inc. agreed with funds managed by Blackstone and New Mountain Capital on a recapitalization through a $570 million equity investment. JDA provides supply chain management solutions for manufacturing, retail, logistics and hospitality customers.
