Winchester Electronics Corporation completed the acquisition of Tekna Seal, LCC from ARC Group Worldwide, Inc. Based in Norwalk, Connecticut, Winchester is a portfolio company of Snow Phipps Group and manufactures connectors and cable assemblies.
