Texas-based private equity firm Dos Rios Partners announced the recapitalization of PRO EM Party & Event Rentals, a full-service event management and rental company in Arizona. The company's leadership will remain, with former CEO Amir Glogau becoming chairman and Brady Castro assuming the roles of president and CEO.
