Redwood Capital and LD&A Jupiter combine to form Drake Star Partners

Technology, media and communications investment banks Redwood Capital and LD&A Jupiter are merging to form Drake Star Partners. Managing partners Gregory Bedrosian and Marc Deschamps will lead the firm as co-CEOs, based in New York and London, respectively.
