3i sets up quoted companies team
Venture and buyouts specialist 3i has created a new team focused on listed Europe companies that may not be suited to a take private transaction. Initially focussing on the industrial and consumer sectors, it will aim to generate private equity style returns from investments in small and mid-cap listed businesses.
