3RC acquires Interlight

3 Rivers Capital has acquired Hammond, Indiana-based International Lighting Corporation, an online distributor of lighting products and other replacement, consumable parts for niche applications. No financial terms were disclosed. Cowen was financial adviser to Interlight on the transaction.
