Abry-backed NexusTek buys Zumasys Cloud Hosting

NexusTek, an Abry Partners portfolio company, has bought Zumasys Cloud Hosting. Financial terms weren’t announced. The acquired company is the cloud hosting, infrastructure and managed services business units of Zumasys.
