Access Capital Partners raises €412m

The private assets manager has held an initial close for its eighth European small buyout fund of funds.

Access Capital Partners has held a first close for Access Capital Fund VIII Growth Buy-out Europe (ACF VIII) at €412 million. The fund of funds, which has a target size of €700 million, will adopt the same strategy as its predecessor, investing through primary fund commitments and secondary transactions in European small buyout funds.

Access Capital Fund VII Growth Buy-out Europe (ACF VII) held a final close at €768 million in December 2018 and counted the Clwyd Pension Fund among its investors.
