Adams Street backs Permira's buyout of Jayhawk

Adams Street Partners has provided a credit facility to Permira to back its acquisition of Galena, Kansas-based Jayhawk Fine Chemicals, a custom manufacturer of specialty chemicals. No financial terms were disclosed. Adams Street was the sole lead arranger and administrative agent for the transaction.
