Advent, Bain, Clessidra buy Italy’s ICBPI for $2.4 billion

Advent International, Bain Capital and Clessidra have agreed to buy Italian banking services provider ICBPI for 2.15 billion euros ($2.4 billion), to get more exposure to the growing electronic payment market, Reuters reported.
