Advent breaks mid-market record

Buyouts player Advent International has closed is sixth private equity fund on €6.6bn, the largest mid-market buyout ever raised. GPE VI will continue Advent’s strategy of investing in mid-market and upper-mid-market companies, defined as businesses with enterprise values between €200m and €1bn.
