AEI acquires Alpine Air Express

AE Industrial Partners has acquired Provo, Utah-based Alpine Air Express Inc, a logistics and transportation platform providing regional air cargo services. No financial terms were disclosed. Akerman LLP served as legal adviser to AEI while KPMG LLP provided financial advice.
