Air Products buys GE's gasification business

Air Products said Aug. 5 that it acquired General Electric Co’s gasification business from GE Power. Financial terms weren’t announced. The gasification business acquired by Air Products includes GE's share of its 50/50 joint venture with China Shenhua Coal to Liquid and Chemical Company Ltd.
