Ampersand recaps N2 Biomedical

Ampersand Capital Partners has recapitalized Bedford, Massachusetts-based N2 Biomedical, a provider of coating and surface treatment solutions to the medical device industry. No financial terms were disclosed. As part of the transaction, N2 has named Randall Sword as president and CEO.
