AnaCap acquires Danish private health insurance firm SundhedsGruppen

AnaCap has acquired a majority stake in SundhedsGruppen, a Danish private health insurance provider. The sellers are the founders of SunhedsGruppen, who will retain a minority stake in the company. No financial terms were disclosed.
