Angeles buys APCT

Angeles Equity Partners has acquired Santa Clara, California-based APCT Inc, a maker of printed circuit board prototypes. No financial terms were disclosed. Lincoln International and Finn Dixon & Herling LLP served as financial and legal advisers, respectively, to APCT on the transaction with Massumi + Consoli LLP providing legal advice to Angeles.
