Antenna Software Buying Vettro Corp.
Antenna Software, a Jersey City, N.J.-based provider of enterprise mobility solutions, has acquired the assets of Vettro Corp., a New York-based provider of mobile applications for the field service industry. No financial terms were disclosed. Antenna Software has raised $53 million in VC funding since 2001, from firms like Commonwealth Capital Ventures, North Bridge Venture Partners and Polaris Venture Partners. Vettro had raised over $40 million since 2000, from firms like Greylock Partners, Globespan Capital Partners, Kodiak Venture Partners and Sigma Partners.
