Apax to acquire German pharmaceutical company Neuraxpharm

Apax Partners has agreed to buy German pharmaceutical company Neuraxpharm Arzneimittel GmbH. The sellers are ATAX GmbH and Neuraxpharm Holding. No financial terms were disclosed for the deal that's expected to be completed in the next few months.
