ArcLight-backed Leeward acquires Infigen Energy's U.S. wind assets

Leeward Renewable Energy LLC, a newly formed portfolio company of ArcLight Capital Partners LLC, has completed its acquisition of Infigen Energy's U.S. wind assets. No financial terms were disclosed. UBS Investment Bank provided financial advice to Infigen on the transaction.
