Arcline Investment buys Pride Engineering

Arcline Investment Management said Aug. 7 that it acquired Pride Engineering LLC from May River Capital. Financial terms weren’t announced. Pride Engineering designs and makes precision-engineered tooling, equipment, and aftermarket parts that are mission-critical to the aluminum beverage packaging manufacturing process.
