Ardian-backed CLS acquires Horizon Marine

CLS, which is backed by Ardian, has acquired Horizon Marine Inc. No financial terms were disclosed. Mooreland advised CLS on the transaction. Based in Marion, Massachusetts, Horizon Marine a service provider to offshore oil operators in the region.
