Ardian to buy German office complex
Ardian has agreed to acquire the Munich-based Heinemann Bogen office complex. The seller was a fund managed by Corpus SIREO Real Estate Sireo, which is owned by Swiss Life Asset Managers. No financial terms were disclosed. BNP Paribas Real Estate, Herbert Smith Freehills, Beiten Burkhardt and REC Partners served as advisers on the deal.
