Ardian to take stake in Hill Top
Ardian has agreed to acquire a stake in Green County, Pennsylvania-based Hill Top Energy Center from Ares Management Corp's infrastructure and power strategy. As a result of this transaction, Ardian and Ares are now equal partners in the deal. Also, Menora Mivtachim Insurance participated in the deal. No financial terms were disclosed. When construction is finished in mid-2021, Hill Top will capacity and energy to the Pennsylvania-Jersey-Maryland regional transmission organization.
