Arrowhead Engineered Products buys Ratioparts

Arrowhead Engineered Products, which is backed by Riverside Co and Investcorp, has acquired Ratioparts. Financial terms weren’t announced. Ratioparts, of Euskirchen, Germany, distributes aftermarket replacement parts for outdoor power equipment and forestry applications.
