Arsenal-backed Polytek buys Stone Coat

Polytek, which is backed by Arsenal Capital Partners, has acquired Oregon-based Stone Coat Countertops, a provider of epoxy coating systems, casting systems and related accessories. No financial terms were disclosed. Genesis Capital LLC provided financial advice to Polytek on the transaction.
