ATL Partners Fund II raises $575 mln
ATL Partners, which invests in the aerospace, transportation, and logistics sectors, said April 4 that their latest fund closed on $575 million in capital commitments. Aerospace, Transportation and Logistics Fund II LP will target platform investments with $300 million to $2.5 billion of enterprise value using equity contributions of up to $150 million from Fund II plus equity co-investment.
