Audax Group raises $3.5bn

The Boston-based middle market investment manager has hit the hard-cap of its sixth fund.

Audax Group has raised a total of $3.5 billion and held the final close for its Audax Private Equity Fund VI.

The oversubscribed Fund VI, which targeted to raise $3 billion, will follow its predecessors in the series to invest in middle market companies that are headquartered in the North American region.
