Quay Partners has announced changes to its ownership structure and expansion plans with international appointments enabling the firm to compete in offering global private equity advisory services. Richard Bowley (former CEO of Pantheon) and Geoff Norman (former head of Pantheon Asia) have increased their equity holdings in Quay Partners and now have a controlling stake in the firm.

Yemeksepeti.com, an online food ordering service in Turkey and the Middle East, has secured a $44 million investment led by global growth investor General Atlantic, which has acquired a minority stake in the company. Endeavor Catalyst, a philanthropic investment vehicle also participated in the round.
