Yieldex, a provider of inventory and revenue management solutions for digital publishers, has raised $10 million in its third round of venture capital funding. Triangle Peak Partners and Hearst Interactive Media led the round. Existing Yieldex investors Sequel Venture Partners, Madrona Venture Group, and FFP Holdings also participated in the round, as did previous investor Amazon.com, Inc. Yieldex raised $12 million in its Series A and B Rounds.

Headland Capital Partners' portfolio commpany Unison eTech (UET) has acquired a 100% shareholding in HKR from its founding shareholders. HKR is South Korea’s leading manufacturer of expansion joints, crossovers and intercoolers, which are used in the construction of power plants, petrochemical plants and LNG vessels. UET is a South Korean company which was acquired by The Headland Private Equity Fund 6 L.P. in May 2011.

Headland Capital Partners has acquired a 26.45% equity shareholding in Singapore-headquartered Miclyn Express Offshore Limited (MEO) for US$141 million. The Headland Private Equity Fund 6 L.P has invested in the business. MEO is a provider of offshore vessels to the oil and gas industry in Southeast Asia, Australia and the Middle East with a fleet of over 120 vessels comprising Offshore Support Vessels, Crew/Utility Vessels (Crewboats), tugs, barges and coastal survey vessels.

IPS is a provider of specialty print, marketing and packaging solutions to the gift, pre-paid, loyalty, credit, and healthcare card markets. The mezzanine financing will fuel organic growth and enable the company to pursue an acquisition strategy to expand its reach in the Americas and beyond.
