Meniga, a provider of digital banking technology for the world’s largest banks, has secured 7.5 million euros in funding, according to a blog post on its site. Industrifonden led the round with participation from other investors that included Velocity Capital, Frumtak Ventures and Kjolfesta. Meniga has offices in the UK, Iceland and Sweden.

Okta, a provider of identity solutions for businesses, has raised $187 million for its IPO after pricing its 11 million shares at $17 per share. Okta began trading April 7, 2017 on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol “OKTA.” Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Allen & Company LLC are serving as the lead underwriters. Okta is backed by Andreesseen Horowitz, Greylock Partners and Sequoia Capital.

New Enterprise Associates led the round with participation from other investors that included MIG and Upbeat Ventures. In addition to the funding, Dr. Greg Papadopoulos, a venture partner at NEA and former CTO at SUN Microsystems, has been named to Konux's board of directors.

Benhamou Global Ventures has sold Grid Dynamics to Teamsun via its Hong Kong subsidiary Automated Systems Limited. Also, the early-stage venture firm has sold Zentri to Silicon Labs. No financial terms were disclosed for either transaction.
