Paramount is a licensed managing general agent that provides commercial auto liability, cargo, and physical damage coverage as well as premium financing to trucking businesses. ISC backed by Sightway Capital, a Two Sigma company.

Silversphere, of Daytona Beach, Florida, provides software for senior living communities that detect, alert and predict resident needs that aim to help caregivers deliver proactive care and prevent emergencies.

Cetera said April 9 that it agreed to buy select assets of Foresters Financial's U.S. broker dealer and advisory business. Financial terms weren’t announced. As part of the deal, Cetera will invite Foresters roughly 500 advisors to join them. Cetera also has the option to assume the leases of more than 40 branch office locations throughout the United States, as well as make offers to some employees of the brokerage and advisory business. Cetera is backed by Genstar Capital.

Athena Art Finance provides art dealers, art galleries and collectors access to financing alternatives secured by fine art.
