Periscope-backed Sentrics buys Silversphere

Sentrics, a Periscope Equity LLC portfolio company, said April 10 that it acquired Silversphere. Financial terms weren’t announced. Silversphere, of Daytona Beach, Florida, provides software for senior living communities that detect, alert and predict resident needs that aim to help caregivers deliver proactive care and prevent emergencies.
