Financial terms weren’t announced. Slickdeals, of Las Vegas, is an online community dedicated to sharing, rating and reviewing deals and coupons in the U.S.

Belcan, a portfolio company of AE Industrial Partners LP, has acquired Allegiant International LLC. Financial terms weren’t announced. Allegiant, of Indianapolis, is a professional services network with more than 750 professionals in three lines of service: advisory, tactical operations, and technical services. Kirkland & Ellis LLP served as legal adviser and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP served as financial adviser to Belcan. Faegre Baker Daniels LLP acted as legal adviser and BKD Corporate Finance LLC provided financial advice to Allegiant.

LLR Partners said June 13 that its latest flagship fund closed on $1.2 billion. LLR Equity Partners V LP invests in sectors including education, fintech, healthcare, security and software. LLR’s prior fund raised $950 million in March 2014. Asante Capital Group acted as the European placement agent for LLR 5, while Latham & Watkins provided legal counsel.
