LLR Fund V raises $1.2 bln
LLR Partners said June 13 that its latest flagship fund closed on $1.2 billion. LLR Equity Partners V LP invests in sectors including education, fintech, healthcare, security and software. LLR’s prior fund raised $950 million in March 2014. Asante Capital Group acted as the European placement agent for LLR 5, while Latham & Watkins provided legal counsel.
