Chhajer joins Morgan Stanley

Vipin Chhajer is joining Morgan Stanley’s financial institutions group in London, a spokesman said. Chhajer will be an executive director at Morgan focused on fintech, the spokesman said. He is joining the IB in July, the spokesman said. Chhajer was previously with Deutsche Bank where he was head of European financial technology investment banking. He left Deutsche Bank in March, people said. Deutsche Bank declined comment.

HgCapital sells Radius to Vistra

HgCapital Trust plc said April 26 that it sold Radius to Vistra Group. Financial terms weren’t announced. Vistra is backed by Baring Private Equity Asia. Radius, of Boston, is a corporate service provides of international incorporations, trust, fiduciary, and fund administration services.

Victory Park invests $45 mln in United Automobile

United Automobile Holdings said April 26 that received a $45 million growth investment form Victory Park Capital. It's unclear how big is Victory's stake. United Automobile, of Miami Gardens, Florida, provides low-cost insurance products to the non-standard automobile insurance market. Young America Capital served as United Auto’s financial adviser.

Mitchell International Inc said April 26 that Stone Point Capital has agreed to buy the stakes held by KKR and Elliot Management. Financial terms weren’t announced. Mitchell, of San Diego, provides technology, connectivity and information solutions to the property & casualty claims and collision repair industries.

Ceridian HCM IPO raises $462 mln: Bloomberg

Ceridian HCM Holdings, a portfolio company of Thomas H. Lee Partners, has raised $462 million with its IPO, Bloomberg is reporting. Ceridian HCM priced 21 million shares at $22 each, above its $19 to $21 range, the story said. Ceridian provides human capital management software.

SNH Capital buys ProMax

SNH Capital Partners said April 26 that it acquired ProMax. Financial terms weren’t announced. ProMax, of Davenport, Iowa, is a SaaS provider of marketing services and credit data to automotive retail dealers across the United States.

Jones joins Turnspire Capital

Simon Jones has joined Turnspire Capital Partners. Jones is currently executive chairman of One Discovery Inc, and was previously Chairman and CEO of 3SI Security Systems.
