The Chicago Blackhawks tapped Scott Foster to serve as an emergency goalie on Thursday, March 29, according to the Chicago Tribune. Foster blocked seven shots during the last 14 minutes of third period, helping the Blackhawks beat the Winnipeg Jets, the story said. He is reportedly part of a group of recreational players who staff home games for the Blackhawks in case of an emergency. Foster is a senior accountant with Golub Capital, where his specialties include financial reporting, board reports and mutual fund expenses, his LinkedIn profile said.

DocuSign has filed to go public, according to a March 28 SEC filing. The San Francisco electronic signature service said it will trade on the Nasdaq under the ticker “DOCU.” DocuSign said it has a history of operating losses. It has yet to disclose how many shares it will sell or their price range. That information will come in future filings. Investors include Sigma Partners, Ignition Partners and Frazier Technology Ventures, the filing said.

Equifax said March 28 that it named Mark Begor its chief executive officer effective April 16. Begor, 59, joins Equifax from Warburg Pincus, where he served as a managing director. Begor also spent 35 years at General Electric, including nine years as leader of GE’s retail credit card business.
