Eurazeo is buying a stake in Rhone Group, according to the Wall Street Journal. The French investment house is paying $270 million for a 30 percent interest in Rhone, the story said. Eurazeo plans to issue 2 million in shares and pay $100 million in cash to finance the deal, the WSJ said.

Wavelength Pharmaceuticals Ltd said Nov. 29 that Iftach Seri was named CEO, while Tami Cohen was appointed CFO. Seri previously served as Sun Pharmaceutical’s head of API. Cohen was formerly CFO of SodaStream’s manufacturing subsidiary and corporate controller. Wavelength is a portfolio company of SK Capital Partners.

Yukon Partners said Nov. 29 that its latest fund closed at its $558.7 million hard cap. Yukon Capital Partners III LP will provide mezzanine capital to middle market businesses primarily in transactions controlled by private equity sponsors. Credit Suisse’s Private Fund Group acted as placement agent for Fund III, while Dorsey Whitney and Schiff Hardin served as legal counsel.

Inflexion has agreed to invest 150 million pounds ($201 million) in Radius Payment Solutions. The deal values Radius, a provider of fleet payments and telematics to small and medium sized fleets across Europe, North America and Asia, at 800 million pounds. Update: Rahul Singla and Jacques Raphael of Deutsche Bank advised Radius, while Rothschild provided financial advice to Inflexion.

Arby’s Restaurant Group Inc, a portfolio company of Roark Capital Group, said Nov. 28 that it agreed to buy Buffalo Wild Wings Inc in a deal valued at $2.9 billion, including debt. Buffalo Wild Wings, of Minneapolis, is an operator and franchisor of Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants. Barclays served as financial adviser while White & Case LLP acted as legal counsel to ARG. Goldman Sachs & Co LLC provided financial advice and Faegre Baker Daniels LLP served as legal counsel to BWW.

American MasterTech, of Lodi, California, makes and distributes specialty laboratory products, including stains and special stains used by pathologists and laboratories to diagnose cancer.

Fullterton Healthcare, of Singapore, provides corporate healthcare services across Asia Pacific. Press reports peg the investment at 800 million yuan ($121 million). Ping An Capital is the equity investment arm of Ping An Insurance (Group) Co of China Ltd.

Seabury Capital LLC said Nov. 27 that it sold a controlling stake in SGI Aviation Services BV to FinTech Global Inc. Financial terms weren’t announced. Fintech Global will have 51 percent voting interest in SGI and 44.1 percent economic interest. SGI, of Amsterdam, provides aircraft and engine asset management, as well as technical consulting and advisory services.
