BlackArch Partners provided financial advice to DRB and Prairie Capital, while Kirkland & Ellis LLP served as legal counsel to DRB and Prairie Capital. Sycamore Partners is seeking $4 billion for its latest buyout fund, Bloomberg is reporting. The buyout shop plans to finish raising the money in January, the story said. Sycamore Partners III, if it reaches its target, will be 60 percent bigger than its prior fund, which secured $2.5 billion in 2014, Bloomberg said. Sycamore, a retail focused PE firm, closed its $6.9 billion buy of Staples last month.

OneMain Financial Holdings Inc is holding sales talks with other lenders and private equity firms, Dow Jones is reporting. Acquisition discussions for OneMain are at an advanced stage, the story said. The value of the bids was not known but OneMain has a $3.9 billion market value, Dow Jones said. OneMain makes car and other personal loans, mostly to people who have trouble borrowing elsewhere. Fortress Investment Group owns 55 percent of OneMain’s shares.
