Progress Ventures said Tuesday that its third venture fund closed at $20 million. Progress Ventures Fund 3 makes early stage investments within marketing and media technology. Chris Legg and Rick Gallagher have also joined the firm as Managing Partners.

Silk Road Medical Inc. said Tuesday that it raised $57 million in equity and debt funding. CRG led the debt financing and also participated as an equity investor. Warburg Pincus and The Vertical Group returned as equity investors. Sunnyvale, California-based Silk Road Medical develops and makes less-invasive medical devices intended to improve the treatment of carotid artery disease.

Epic Health Services Inc., a portfolio company of Webster Capital, has acquired Medco. Financial terms weren’t announced. Houston-based Medco provides enteral therapy services, respiratory equipment and incontinence products, as well specialty pharmacy, diabetic, urological, ostomy and wound care supplies and products to patients throughout Texas and Louisiana.

ORIX USA said Tuesday that Managing Director David Orlandella had rejoined ORIX Ventures after spending two years at Fifth Street Asset Management. Director Joel Gragg and Associate Director Laura Johnson also joined ORIX Ventures West Coast team.
