Dianrong.com has raised $207 million in funding co-led by Standard Chartered Bank and China Fintech Fund. Bohai Leasing and other financial institutions also participated. Shanghai-based Dianrong.com provided P2P lending platforms in China.

Field Nation has closed a $30 million investment led by Susquehanna Growth Equity. Minneapolis-based Field Nation provides a marketplace platform for contingent and on-demand workforce management.

Sentinel Capital buys Driven Performance Brands: UPDATED

Sentinel Capital Partners said Friday that it has acquired Driven Performance Brands. Financial terms weren’t announced. Santa Rosa, California-based Driven Performance designs, makes and markets automotive aftermarket performance products for car and truck enthusiasts. UPDATE: Jonathan Carey of Jefferies advised Driven Performance Brands.

Enerkem raises $117.9 mln

Enerkem Inc. has raised C$152.6 million (US$117.9 million), which includes a C$29 million loan from Integrated Asset Management Corp.’s (IAM) Private Debt Group as well as C$50 million in private placements from current investors and C$73.6 million of debt from two other lenders. Montreal-based Enerkem is a waste-to-biofuels and chemicals producer.

NXT Capital provides $195 mln loan to Custom Ecology

NXT Capital said Friday that it provided a $195 million loan to Custom Ecology. A portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, Custom Ecology used the funding to refinance an existing credit facility and for its buy of Stansley Industries. Mableton, Georgia-based Custom Ecology provides municipal, industrial and hazardous waste transportation solutions.

Delphinus Medical Tech raises $39.5 mln

Delphinus Medical Technologies Inc. said Thursday it raised a $39.5 million round of funding led by Venture Investors. New investors Hopen Life Science Ventures and Waycross Ventures participated along with current investors Arboretum Ventures, Beringea and North Coast Technology Investors. Plymouth, Michigan-based Delphinus provides advanced breast ultrasound technology.

FiscalNote buys MyCandidate

FiscalNote, which is backed by Mark Cuban, said Thursday it has acquired MyCandidate. Financial terms weren’t announced. MyCandidate is a mobile app that aggregates and analyzes information about political candidates in South Korea.
